Digital Products and Programmes

These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase and use of digital products, courses, programmes and memberships provided by Bold Creative FZ-LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or access our products.

1. Products and access

1.1 Our products include, without limitation, online courses, bootcamps, mentorship programmes, live calls, recordings, workbooks, templates, tools and any related digital materials (the “Products”).

1.2 Access is delivered online through our chosen platform or platforms. You are responsible for having a suitable device, internet connection and software to access the Products.

2. Payment options

2.1 Full payment
If you choose to pay the full price upfront, you will receive access to the complete Product included in your purchase as soon as payment is successfully processed, subject to any stated start date or release schedule.

2.2 Payment plans
If you choose a payment plan, the total Product price is divided into instalments. By selecting a payment plan, you agree to pay all instalments in full.

2.3 Access under payment plans may be released in stages. We may restrict or limit access to certain modules, resources or bonuses until specific instalments have been paid.

2.4 If any instalment is late, declined or unpaid, we may suspend or remove your access to the Product and any related community until the outstanding amount is settled. Suspension or removal of access does not cancel your obligation to pay the full agreed amount for the payment plan.

3. No refunds

3.1 Due to the digital nature of our Products and the immediate access to content, all sales are final and non refundable.

3.2 This applies to both full payments and payment plans. Once you have been granted access to the Product or any part of it, you are not entitled to a refund, whether in full or in part.

4. Copyright and intellectual property

4.1 All content in our Products, including but not limited to videos, audio, slides, workbooks, templates, text, images, frameworks, exercises, tools and any other materials (“Content”), is owned by Bold Creative FZ-LLC or licensed to us. It is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

4.2 When you purchase a Product, you are granted a personal, limited, non exclusive and non transferable licence to access and use the Content for your own learning and professional development only.

4.3 You must not:

a. Share, copy, distribute, publish or make the Content available to any other person, whether for free or for payment.
b. Resell, licence, sub licence, or otherwise commercialise the Content in any form.
c. Use the Content, in whole or in part, to create your own course, training, membership, bootcamp, mentorship, online programme or any competing product or service.
d. Record, download or capture live sessions, calls or platform content for distribution, except where we clearly allow a download for personal use.
e. Remove any copyright notice, branding or proprietary mark from the Content.

4.4 If we reasonably believe you have breached these terms, we may immediately remove your access to the Product and any related communities without refund and may take further legal action where appropriate.

5. Account and access security

5.1 Your login details are for your personal use only. You must not share your account or give access to anyone else.

5.2 You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

6. Disclaimers

6.1 Our Products are for educational purposes. We do not guarantee any specific results, income, clients or business outcomes.

6.2 You are responsible for applying what you learn and for your own decisions in your business and creative work.

7. Changes to these Terms
