FIFA Club World Cup UAE 09

The Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) is the international governing body of association football; responsible for the organization of football’s major international tournaments, including the FIFA Club World Cup, which was hosted in Abu Dhabi during 2009 and 2010. It gives the UAE youth an opportunity to acquire and expand their experience in hosting and organizing the world championships. Also highlights the status of Abu Dhabi on the world map, sports and tourism. 

We were appointed to develop the tournament identity, and led a comprehensive marketing campaign for the event. Our scope of work included the design and development of a wide-range of collaterals, including the tournament guide and program, merchandising, match tickets, stadium signage, indoors, outdoors and even the tournament’s Official Mascot, named ‘Dhabi’.
